Touessrok Hotel Mauritius
Touessrok hotel is a unique deluxe resort located on the east coast of Mauritius. The hotel is set in an archipel of private tropical islands and coral reefs. Touessrok hotel is approximately 60 minutes from the airport and about 50 minutes away from the capital city of Port Louis.
The rooms in the Touessrok hotel are categorised as standard rooms, superior rooms, junior suites, coral suite, princess suite and royal suite. The rooms feature a private bath and shower, internal video system, IDD telephone; electronic room safe, individual climate controlled air conditioning, private balcony that open out into the sea and a 24 hr room service.
The guest rooms and suites are housed in a private island and are reached by a bridge from the main building. The main building is divided as Hibiscus wing (comprising of 37 junior suites and the royal suite) and the Coral Wing (31 superior rooms and the coral suite). Each wing has its own private beach area.
The Touessrok hotel has three elegant restaurants serving an array of fine food. The “Le Passerelle” is the main restaurant where an extensive buffet breakfast along with theme buffets, gala dinners and table d’hotes is served. “Giannino” is open for dinner and serves some of the best Italian cuisine in town, six days a week. “Le Paillotes” is an a la carte restaurant which overlooks the lagoon of Trou d’Eau Douce, the pool and the dance floor. The restaurant specializes in French and traditional Mauritian cuisine. “Khazana” is open for dinner only and serves authentic North Indian cuisine. “Sega” is the poolside bar in Touessrok hotel which is open till 3 in the morning. Guests can indulge in some of the finest of spirits and cocktails in addition to a wide variety of snacks and pancakes in the bar. The hotel owns a private deserted island, “IIot Mangenie” where guests at the Touessrok hotel gain an exclusive entry. The island features a restaurant and a beach bar service. Guests can avail of the free boat service from the hotel’s jetty to get to the island.
Guests at the Touessrok hotel are provided by various entertainment facilities such as an extensive live show with a blend of music and dance. Guests gain access to the Le Saint Geran casino where they can try their luck at roulette, blackjack and slot machines. The hotel offers a plethora of free water sport options for its guests, which includes canoes, kayaks, laser sails, hobby cats, pedalos, glass bottom boat trips, snorkeling, wind surfing and aqua gym classes, The Touessrok hotel also features a 9-hole golf and 18 hole golf courses,4 flood lit tennis courts, bocciball,football and volleyball.
