The island of Mauritius is a tropical island, which is situated in the Indian Ocean just about 2000 kms off the coast of Africa. This park stores in several species of birds, animals and rare plants.
Another similar type of location is the La Vanille Reserve des Mascareignes, this reserve is most famous for tortoises and crocodiles. This particular reserve is located in the southeastern region of Mauritius. This reserve is the only place in the whole world where they breed aldabra tortoises, which is a rare specimen of tortoises. Moreover, this reserve is the only place that raises and exports monkeys. Probably, Mauritius is the only island in the Indian Ocean to perform such task. Rochester Falls, one of the best touring spots in the Souillac village in Mauritius offers great view for taking great pictures. The formation of this waterfall is really inimitable as the water slides on the rocks like the hand made sculptures to fall into the natural pool below.
